In a matter of one month, the door began warping and he didn't finish the job by painting the door and adjusting the "cafe" hinges to allow the door to close in a neutral position. There is a gap on both sides of the swinging door. I asked Jim if he was going to apply some kind of "gasket" to the door. His statement was: "I'll look into it to see what I can come up with". I havn't heard from him since. I let him know that I had other jobs if he's interested, cement work, and installing tongue & Groove knotty pine boards in my Sun Room.
