Perfect! Perfect end product, contractor left the work site clean at all times. His work ethic was beyond all expectations I may have had and I've worked with dozens of contracts renovating, restoring our historic building in downtown Erie. Tim is currently working in our building. We have not considered any other contractor when we need tiling, flooring or painting/restoration. A true talent.
