FIrst, when I initially signed up with this company it took them 3 weeks to figure out where I live and drop off a trash can.  I asked them to credit me for the month and they refused.  Since then they have cancelled my service twice,.  They do not send bills or emails.  They just cancelled my service.  Then, they have the audacity to charge a "restart up" fee of $60. They did not charge me that fee when I called to straighten out my bill, they charged it after the fact.  And they did not send me a bill for that either.  So they cancelled my service for not paying a fee that they never even told me about. 
Too much hassle just for trash service.
