Owner, Ivo Stofan was very professional. He arrived at my residence to provide a comprehensive written estimate the same day I called and provided an honest assessment of roofing/shingle options to consider. Quote and Contracting was "safe" and simple as all was completed electronically. The scheduling, timing and execution of the job was flawless.

Stofan Construction exceeded our expectations.From the time we first met to the job completion Ivo and his crew were prompt and professional. Ivo followed up with us the day after to double check everything and make sure if there was any excess debris it was cleaned.

The team from Stofan Construction replaced the ridge vent on our home and repaired a number of worn areas on our roof. I had initially reached out to inquire about getting a attic fan installed. Mr. Stofan explained to me that our existing ridge vent should already be providing what we needed and after an inspection noted that our current vent had been installed incorrectly. He could have simply provided the quote for the fan and went forward, but instead explained that there was an less expensive (and better) alternative. This ended up saving us quite a bit of money. The team was prompt and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and completed the job in a minimal amount of time.

When I experienced a water leak in my dining room, a friend who regularly hires Stofan Construction LLC for roofing and siding on his several properties, highly recommended them.  I called and Ivo Stofan returned my phone call the next day and came to the house the following day. He inspected the roof, removed an area of shingles and took photographs of the area of the damage, which involved both failure of the roof and some improperly installed siding. Ivo presented three separate cost estimates: one for "patching" the area of the leak, another for replacing the entire roof, and a third for siding replacement. I opted for total replacement of roofing and replacement of about 2/3 of siding where, through improper installation, it had begun to rot at the edges. Throughout the re-construction at my home, I experienced skilled workmanship, neatness, and respectfulness by Stofan employees and close supervision and inspection by Ivo Stofan. Now that the work is finished, I am totally satisfied with the work done and would welcome the opportunity to provide personal references for Stofan Construction LLC.  My thanks to Ivo, Mario, Mark, and the others who worked here.  Joyce Lee
