Carpet Installation
Home Deliver Can't Deliver the Goods!   We were told that the installer would be flexible with us as far as setting up the time for him to come out and measure for our carpeting.  Not only was he not flexible but he was also rude.  I know that home depot is using sub-contractors to do their carpet installation, but nonetheless they are still responsible for their vendor relationships and they should be setting the expectations for how their subcontractors deal with their customers.  
I will not let Home Depot services enter my home in the future.  Locally owned and operated is the best way to go.
