+ 1 moreI spend way too much and I'm never happy. The quality is okay. It doesn't go out much anymore. They've been okay when they come out. They try to be helpful, but they're expensive.
Description of Work: They're my cable TV, landline phone and internet service providers.

+ -1 moreI spoke with a representative and explained my issues, they sent a technician the next day. He was prompt and arrived in the window quoted. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem.

+ -1 morethe first service tech who was a subcontractor did a very poor job. The sencond tech was an in-house tech and he was great, did a wonderful job and made eveything work.

+ -1 moreWe had to have a hole drilled to get a new phone line in, the Comcast rep did a wonderful job, ensured everything worked and did it quickly and was very friendly.
