I spend way too much and I'm never happy. The quality is okay. It doesn't go out much anymore. They've been okay when they come out. They try to be helpful, but they're expensive.

I spoke with a representative and explained my issues, they sent a technician the next day. He was prompt and arrived in the window quoted. The technician quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem.

the first service tech who was a subcontractor did a very poor job. The sencond tech was an in-house tech and he was great, did a wonderful job and made eveything work.

We had to have a hole drilled to get a new phone line in, the Comcast rep did a wonderful job, ensured everything worked and did it quickly and was very friendly.
