Guest it took me the whole month until they finally stopped for an estimate. Then we schedule an appointment. They never came and never called. When I called, I was told that the old customer called and they have to clean his business. I was surprised that noone call me before, but I decided to let it go.We reschedule for next time and again no show.When I called I was told that I reschedule it .i never did that .Apparently they attach someone's request to my phone.We reschedule again and no show agan.When I talked, I was told that they did come and noone answered the door. My husband was home,his car was parked on a driveway. If whatever they say is truth,they should 've call me for help getting in.Awful service full of lies.No respect to customers.

I've been using Bucks County Professional Window Cleaning for almost 25 years now.   Given the length of time I just mentioned --- you know they have to be doing something right, or I would have found another company by now.   I have never had anything but professional service from them --- and I use them twice a year.   This past summer, I had forgotten to schedule my fall cleaning - and the owner called me up to remind me and schedule the appointment!   Great people --- great service --- great company!

I called the following day; maybe 5 or 6 without any success. Two weeks later, a women called back, and we advised her we had been trying to get a hold of them and she responded "we've been busy". 
We scheduled for June 11th at 8am and no one ever showed. We also have him scheduled for tomorrow the 14th for window cleaning but I have left him a voice mail to not appear. This is unacceptable. Not only did he cause us to not get our house done but we have to delay the landscaping work we wanted to get done. This has been a major problem. We are going to proceed in contacting the Better Business Bureau. 

Unfortunately it has been a few months since I used this company and I can not remember the exact date. I don't usually leave reviews but in this case I feel it is necessary to warn other people about this company.With spring around the corner I am looking for a window cleaner and remembered  this company. DO NOT USE THEM! They did a HORRIBLE job. The next morning after they supposedly cleaned my windows I was in the kitchen having my morning coffee and I noticed they had missed a window. I walked around the house and with the morning sun shining through the windows I could see streaks, and just plain dirt on the windows.  I wondered how they have completed the job in less than two hours and now I knew why. They didn't clean anything properly! I called immediately no one answered the phone I left a message. I called for the next 5 days and left messages finally someone called back and left a message on my machine to please call them that afternoon. I called no one answered the phone. I left 2 more messages.  They have never called me back . This is a terrible company. No professionally no accountability. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

The results for the service performed was generally of good quality.  Our house has many windows that contain storm windows that can be tricky to remove from prior year painting activity.   They had the skills to work with them.  Three chandeliers were cleaned with skillful techniques.    Some damages resulted that are understandable, but I was disappointed that I had to discover them in the following week.   A Wooden blind was missing  an  attachment that secures it to the window trim.   A second floor window pain was cracked all the way across the pain.
The above ratings reflect a blend of the services provided in prior years plus a very troubling no show, no call at a time that the services are critically needed.    The trend of their service quality has been declining and I suspect that they may be out of business at this time.

I will not use them again. I specifically told the woman on the phone of the work that I wanted done and really stressed that I wanted that picture cleaned and it was like they were in a hurry and the guy that I dealt with didn't seem extremely professional. I said "did you get my picture?" and he said "oh no, I forgot but I'll do it the next time. We're really late for another appointment." or something like that. I was really disappointed that he didn't want to bring the ladder back in.

Left a message with them about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on cleaning my windows. They never called me back!

My neighbors recommended this company. I had to leave a message and someone would call me back. I was a regular customer and on their yearly cleaning schedule. Then they told me that they were going to come to the house and did not show up. This has happened at least three times. They would even say that they were on their way, and still would not show up. I don't understand why. They would even reschedule and still not show up. I just gave up on them. But I would use them if they would show up because they did a good job.

I called in the Spring and get an estimate early in April. For a while was having trouble getting the company to return my call. When I did contact them, they were professional. The day of the job a four-person crew came out. When they were indoors, they put shower caps over their shoes, were professional and efficient. I would definitely use them again given their quote was lower than the other ones I got.

They did a very good job. They gave me a accurate estimate over the phone they arrived on time with a crew of 6 led by the owner were very fast and efficient. They put on booties over their shoes when they came in the house. Completed the job in 4 hours.

THEY WERE POLITE, ON TIME, AND DID A GREAT JOB.
