Buyers Eyes Home inspection did a great job on our pre-drywall home inspection. Almost every possible issue was caught. Brett was punctual and thorough. The multi page report had good pictures to help explain the issues that he found. Not every issue found could be fix by the builder because the recommendation was above the building code but most items were fixed. I'm really appreciative of the inspection that Brett did and look forward to the inspection he will do for me after my final is completed.

Brett was very professional and thorough. He walked me through the entire process and explained why certain items were potential issues/safety concerns including a few electrical and plumbing/venting issues. We got into the crawl space and he did note suspected termite damage. For a first time home buyer I feel a lot more confident going into negotiations having been through this process.

Brett came early with his wife. Was very professional and thorough. The report at the end had lot of pictures which make it easy as I wasn't present for the whole inspection. I included a small sample of the report in the review.
