drywall
 + -1 moreBrian called me to set up an appointment. We agreed on 2:45. At 2:30, he called to say he was running late, and he asked if we could reschedule later that same day. I told him we could do it at 4:00 or wait till the next day. He said 4:00 was fine. At 4:13 Brian called to tell me that he was not going to make it, and he asked if we could reschedule it the next day. I was reluctant, but I told him we could meet at 2:45 the next day. Brian never showed up the next day and he never called me. What a way to run a business!!!!!
