Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Called and they were here and replaced parts they felt were causing our problems. Within hours we had the same problem again once agin they returned and once again replaced parts they felt was causing problems. Once again withiin hours we had no heat again. The last time they were here, I was told "If this doesn't work we won't be coming back". The furnace was still under warranty for parts and labor but we were charged labor fees by them. I contacted the manufacturer of the furnace and they were very helpful. They contacted another company and they came out and had to replace a part that was suppose to be replaced during one of the previous calls. We also had to replace the roof jack which should should of been replaced during the original installation of the new unit.
