We picked the best when we picked Worthington. The work was scheduled to our convenience and done with great care and execution. The final result, exactly completed as described, was done with precision know-how and talent. Our home was left clean and undisturbed. Our technician, Gustavo, treated our house as if it were his – and did an exceptional job. We couldn't be more pleased with the staff at Worthington, from Paul (our adviser) to Corrine (office manager) to Gustavo (expert technician). Trust this company for the best solution to your waterproofing problem! They're great!

Nightmare! I cannot express how horrible the entire experience has been since hiring this company. The contract was signed in August with an expected start date of Sept. We were told that we would be notified two weeks before start date. Mid Sept we had no word so I reached out. I was told that the work would have to be pushed back due to Hurricane Ida. Fine, We can be understanding. Now October comes around and again, no contact. I contact the company and they tell me once again, that someone would reach out to us within two weeks to start. Nothing. Now November comes and we grow impatient. There was Zero communication from anyone there. Finally they notify us on a Monday that project will begin on Wednesday. That’s 2 DAYS notice. We had no time to find coverage for work. We had to take 3 days off of work, last minute, because they were entering our home. Work was completed in 3 days but failed inspection. The office manager blamed it on a “New Inspector”. Okay ?? we had to take an additional 2 days off of work for the inspection and re-inspection. The last straw was when checking the newly installed sump pump, the pipes we not connected. What kind of waterproofing company fails at connecting sump pump pipes?!!! This time, the manager blamed it on the glue. I have never in my life, regretted such a horrible decision than to hire this company. No communication, zero empathy for the **** we had to endure and took no responsibility for their wrongdoing.

We were under contract to purchase our dream home when inspection found water in the basement walls. To move to closure we needed advise and service quickly. Worthington came through, within two days we had a professional assessment and plan to correct the problem. This let us move forward with the purchase. Within a couple weeks after closing, Worthington quickly completed the project before we needed to move into the home. Great experience all around.

The workers that arrived were thorough and very professional. They completed the work in a timely manner and left the area as it was when they arrived. I appreciate their hard work especially since they had to hand dig the trench under a bay window to access the area that needed water proofing.

Worthington Basement Health Systems is a top notch organization. No hard sales techniques and very informative experts. Their work was done on time and to specifications with no drama. This was a big job with heavy equipment and lots of mess. They left the work site in amazing condition when they were done. Even the neighbors commented on how hard they worked and what a great job they did.

Worthington took time to identify the problem and educate us, the homeowners. The presented us our options and helped us choose the most effective and budget-conscious solution. They were extremely professional in every aspect of their service and we couldn't ask for more out of a company.

Worthington Basement Health Systems took awhile to complete our window because there was a snag in the product. BUT Sean was in touch with us, working with the manufacturer on our behalf, and very professionally handled our concern. He did what he said he would do in a professional manner and I would definitely hire again. This company has been around awhile and takes pride in their work. We love our window!

Smoothly. For the amount of work they had to complete it was done quickly but accurately. They were delayed in the date of installation but gave us a discount to offset the delay.

I am so impressed with this company. I really felt like I could trust the men in my house. The men who worked at my house were wonderful, if it weren’t for the occasional jack hammer I wouldn’t even have known they were there. My parents were there and both commented on what hard workers they were and wondered if they ever took a break, and they cleaned up everything at the end of every day. They did an awesome job!

From initial consultation to scheduling to construction and follow up, everything went beautifully and Worthington was a joy to work with. The improvement is astounding for the health of our home and ourselves. I have a very high trust level with Worthington which is a great feeling as a homeowner. We have no doubt the investment, which was quite reasonable, was worth every penny.

From what I can tell, the work was performed correctly and to the specifications outlined in the contract. I found Shawn, the owner, to be responsive, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Overall, the crew that installed the trench and sumps arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job in 3 days, leaving a clean basement behind. For the sake of fair balance, I will detail two issues in the service I received. The first had to do with the condition of my footer when the trench was dug. As they were digging, I noted that in one section of the wall, the footer appeared have been damaged by their jack-hammering. Upon calling Shawn about this issue and sending him pictures of the damage, he stated that it was related to how large the footer was and how the footer was poured when the house was built. He also assured me that the footer was in good condition and the part they chipped away was not load bearing and had no impact on the structural integrity of the foundation. This seemed to be a reasonable explanation so I thought nothing of it. The second issue had to do with cracks in the basement floor. Before the work was started, there were one or two visible cracks in the floor. Yet, after their work was complete there were well over a dozen visible cracks. Upon calling Shawn again, he stated that his jackhammers could not have caused that damage and there might have been smaller cracks that got larger when they began working. I do not have photographic proof to dispute this explanation so I can only cite my memory regarding the condition of the basement floor; however, in combination with the first issue it makes me wonder how much care was taken when they dug the trench. Not being structural engineer or having photographic proof, I can not refute the explanations given to me, but my advice to others would be to photographically document the condition of your basement prior to getting work done and carefully watch the work being performed.

Worthington Basement Health Systems did an extremely professional and high quality job putting in the egress window! They took the time to keep the work area clean and they did a great job cleaning up after this big project. I am very happy with the quality of the window and the surround. My basement is brighter and now safe. The ventilation system has taken away the musty smell in my basement! I highly recommend them for any basement needs.

Sean and his team are awesome. They're professional and communicate throughout the job to ensure the homeowner is comfortable while the work is being done. We contacted several companies when we found out we had a water issue and while all were well represented, Worthington Waterproofing Systems made us the most comfortable with the extensive work that needed to be performed. Sean took the time to educate us on the problem and the proposed solution, and more than once as we were trying to understand the process. This is a great company and we could not have made a better choice!

The job went well. Sean was very upfront about all his concerns and recommendations in the beginning. There were no surprises and Sean stayed in constant contact throughout the process. His team was very professional, neat and organized. His team even went above and beyond and replaced some unforeseen rotted boards at cost while installing the new window. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased and we would gladly recommend Worthington to anyone with basement waterproofing or egress needs.

I first used them in 2009 when my exterior basement wall needed waterproofing.  I found them to be knowledgeable and professional. The cost was reasonable and they also provided a five year warranty on the work.  I used them most recently to address some minor moisture issues.  Bill was very responsive when I called and was out to take a look within 24 hours.  He recommended a solution and was also very responsive when I followed up via email.  The crew was on time, did the work and left the basement area spotless.  I highly recommend them and they will be the only company I call if I have water issues in the basement.
