First off Randy was great. He showed up early, and was very polite. He didn't mind me tagging along, and he even showed me a current termite infestation in the crawl space of the house we were looking to purchase. He was very thorough, and explained everything in great detail. From existing damage, to remediation, to future prevention. My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pest control expert
