We had a very arduous task at hand.  The most beautiful house in the world had to be sold.  Our parents had left it as a gift for the five of us, and it needed some work.  We took it seriously, and were able to make it even more beautiful.  We took up green carpets that had been there for 40 years, pulled them up, and underneath were gorgeous hard wood floors, and these went throughout the house.  We were able to make the grounds, almost two acres, look more beautiful then they had looked in many many decades.  This was all done with the love we had for the home, and the guidance of a great realty team.  Lauren helped us find a landscaper, price it the right way, and brought enough traffic into the home to find a great purchaser.  She honored our love for the home by helping us, gingerly and gently, to find a purchaser that would continue to tend to the home we were selling, and allow us to feel it would be getting the people within it that would appreciate it the most.  Bittersweet Hill was a gift to all of us, and Lauren and her team helped us honor it.  Thank you for that wonderful gift to us.
