THE ADVANTECH GROUP INC (TATGNET)

I am new to the Phila area and had no idea where to turn when this unfortunate incident occurred. I had been a member of Angie's List in Tampa and changed my membership when I moved. As always Angie's List to the rescue with a top shelf recommendation. Bryan was very good about contacting me within 24 hours after I had left my message on a weekend. He provided me with his cell phone number to contact him and was very good about correcting the problem and explaining things to me. We had some issues about connecting and Bryan kept in touch with me and accommodated my schedule to complete the needed repairs on my computer. I had to take my computer to Bryan's office simply because of my scheduling conflicts but he returned the computer to my home on a Saturday. My data is restored on my PDA and I am again receiving my emails in yahoo and not in outlook. Bryan went over an above expectations to provide me with not only the necessary systems for my computer, but also with informing me on his reasonings for choosing programs. He has also made himself available to help me make knowledgeable decisions on the purchasing of further accessories for the laptop.

The install and problem correction was excellent. Bryan was very professional. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing, but why he did it. My problem started when I switched to Comcast for internet service. Their email program did not work very well, and I wasn't able to read many of my emails. Bryan took the time to explain all of my options, and then I decided to use MS Office Outlook as my email server. I had no desire to to do this myself since there are always questions I don't understand nor could I answer. He returned to my house when he said he would and completed the install without any problems. He also took the time to show me some of the other features of the software to make my life easier. He finished in the time he said it would take, and I didn't have any problems with my PC after he was finished. I would recommend this company to anyone who is intimidated by a computer.
