They've been fine. We've had them before. They come, they are professional, they do the cleaning job, and they go! They are not the cheapest in town but they are quite reasonable.

Following the torrent of rain that Chester county experienced last week our basement flooded in certain sections enough to soak a good part of the carpet. I immediately contacted Servpro as I've read good reviews on Angie's List. Given how swamped (pardon the pun) they were as a result of the rain, the person taking my call was patient and professional. They took my information and I received a call back to schedule an inspection. I was able to have someone come out in two days (on my timeline). John came out and was very prompt. While it turns out that all the steps I've taken independently to take care of my carpets were sufficient to avoid mildew and long term damage, John shared a lot of useful preventative and corrective information. Naturally he didn't have to do this given that it was a free inspection and estimate, but I'm glad he did and that's certainly what you do when you expect to build a good customer base. I was relieved that I didn't have to invest in new padding, carpeting, etc, and I'm thankful for Servpro's promptness and professionalism. Certainly recommend their services.

It has been a positive experience because they came promptly. They were professional. One of their machines broke and I cannot remember if they gave me a discount or if they gave me a discount on the total bill but they were responsive. I will definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors. They were recommended to me by my electrician so I called them. They answered the phone promptly and came immediately. They took care of the issues and explained everything; they couldn’t have been more thorough.

We noticed the water early on Saturday morning. By noon Servpro was hard at work, making it all better. The two young men handling the job were professional, thoughtful and fully explained both the work they were doing as well as the insurance claim procedures. It was a fast and seamless process. In the end they did a wonderful job. Two complaints, though. We set a time to meet back at the house the next morning so they could check on the drying process. When we got there we found that Servpro showed up 1/2 hour early and just left like it wasn't really that important. It kind of jacked our sunday morning plans. Two, it was freakin expensive! Mind you, all we had done was water removal, a small amount of drywall removed and a few days of their dehumidifiers and fans, which they "rented" to us. The rental fees pretty much doubled the cost.

The work went well, with minimum disruption. They did not expand the work area beyond the minimum required to fix the damage. To repair and paint the garage, they even removed all the STUFF that was in the garage (significant effort!) and then replaced it per my instructions, with no obvious line-item charge for the labor. They provided an estimate in advance, and the work came in very close to the estimate. They did the work over the course of a week, and seemed to be pretty efficient. They were sensitive to color-matching of the paint (since in the bedroom they were not painting every wall), and gave me enough time to identify the correct color, which they then had mixed on their own time. Other than a bit of sticker shock, my only complaint with the work was that the quote format was unnecessarily detailed and was difficult to review and understand completely.

They did excellent work. They were an A+ company. They dehumidified to get the moisture out of the air. They cleaned all the water out of the basement. They pretty much removed any mold and dried out the entire basement so it could be reconstructed.

They were very very good in every way.

Called to get help with cleaning up damage in my basement due to flooding from Hurricane Irene. I was told there was a backlog of customers because of the storm and someone would contact later in the week. By Friday, nobody had ever called so I continued finishing the job myself. I understand they were busy but I expect someone to at least call me back and update me when they can come by. Hopefully I'll never be in this situation again but if I do, I won't be calling them.

I contacted SERVPRO of Exton and had someone come out to give a free estimate. I received the complete estimate via email in 4 days. The two gents doing the cleaning Aaron and Scott were on time, worked efficiently and quickly. They moved my possessions in the basement, steam cleaned the floor, walls, and several carpet runners and tile. I asked them to put a drop cloth down in the finished part of the basement. They did that and also steam cleaned the carpet tile area that they walked through to get to the area that needed to be cleaned. A great job!

I didn't spend anything because it was covered by my insurance. The job was probably worth about $4,000. They are excellent and very personable. If you're in an emergency, they get you help right away. They recognize that you're in an emergency situation, and they respond immediately. They take all of the stress of the emergency away for you. They are just terrific. When they do the work, it's very thorough and well done.
