Sandra was absolutely phenomenal! She took so much time and care into making sure my husband and I found the perfect forever home and that we didn’t settle for less than what we wanted. Sandra help us sell two houses, and purchase another, in a very constrained about of time. She was fantastic to work with. She was very responsive, kept us updated with the processes involved. Any time we had questions or concerns about anything, she was on top of it. If we were ever to sell or purchase another home, Sandra is who we would go to.

Sandra, did a phenomenal job from start to finish. She was thoughtful, planned well, worked very hard, was creative, did everything she said and more, and best of all got the house prepared for sale and sold it in record time. The warm, friendly, sincere, and honest professionalism was very impressive, from the very first meeting to consider her for the job to every interaction until the completion of the project. Her commitment to the task, her follow-up, and attention to detail, far exceeded all expectations. In addition, her willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched. Some of the things she did was to find the resources to repair windows, fix plumbing problems, repair items in roof, improve exteriors of the house, address appliance issues, often going out of the way to get things done. Strongly recommend Sandra for almost any task that she would take on.

Great! House is sold to people who appreciate its history, its closeness to good schools for their children, recreational activities, and their work. No glitches with inspections, closing, etc. She was on top of all paperwork and communicated with us almost daily regarding the contract and its stipulations.
