All work was done in a timely fashion.Installers arrived on time,got right to work..finished quickly..exhibited an extremely high degree of professionalism and knowledge regarding the placement of the grab bars ..Cleaned up at the conclusion of the work.

I called them and they scheduled my appointment for the following day! They arrived on time, they were courteous and professional and they cleaned up before leaving. They accepted my credit card. Though I thought the cost was a little steep, I was desperate to get the work done as soon as possible.

The father/son owners of this company are a great team! They answered my request on Angie's list the same day. Within days of our phone conversation they were in our house ready to install standard grab bars in our bathrooms. We had a temporary one installed immediately and waited a few more days for the permanent special order bronze bars for the stall shower and toilet areas to match the rest of our hardware in our master bath and powder room. The third bathroom required a different piece of equipment because there was no wall for a grab bar. Tom and William know their products well. They have the experience to get the job done right. They are helpful with their suggestions, accurate in the installations, skillful in their workmanship, and neat in their clean up. I highly recommend SafeBath if you are in need of safety products for the bathrooms in your home.

Why did we wait so long? Tom and Will knew what they were doing. Had the grab bars installed in minutes. On time and a pleasure to work with. Reasonable price. We will definitely call them for our safety needs in the future. Couldn't be more pleased. Grab bars are excellent quality and look great. Don't wait until you fall. These guys are pros.

Two very nice gentlemen arrived at my house on time and we talked for a while about the best location for the grab bars. My wife's Physical Therapist showed up at about the same time and they took the time to discuss the placement of the bars with him. They then proceeded to install the bars quickly and cleanly. Good job.

Prompt, excellent service. Called on a Thursday and they were at my home on Friday morning for the installation. Installation was very efficient and crew cleaned up. Price was reasonable and credit cards were accepted for payment.

Next day appointment made easily online via the SafeBath website was confirmed within minutes by email.
Telephoned office to confirm availability of free, off-street parking at city dwelling.
Proprietor and son arrived promptly, provided and neatly installed two, top-quality grab bars in each of three (3) bathrooms in less than an hour and a half for a very reasonable price, left the work area perfectly clean, accepted payment, and departed.

I recommend SAFEBATH to anyone from my experience. William helped me from the very 1st phone call to the end. They came out to measure. When I didn't understand something , they came out and explained what was going to happen. They ordered the ramp as soon as I said we were ready and it was with in a week at the front of the house for installation. There was some excavating that needed to be done, which was done one day and the installation of the ramp was done the next. and the JOB was done.
We couldn't be more excited about the ramp and it looks and works so nice. Thank you SAFEBATH!
