First leather couch I bought had one side where the back cushions were not proportional to the rest. They replaced it once we convinced them of the obvious. Another was a chair where the stain had has drip/bleed marks which they repaired. The most disappointing thing was table set. After less than a year joints started to separate. A beam split and some screws just fell out. Basically the wood shrank. This happens when the wood isn't properly aged and dried before it's used. I had the platinum plan but they determined no manufacturer's defects. That was absurd. I went to the store and talked to a manger. Showed her pictures and she quickly agreed with me. She called the "service" center and basically got them to allow a reselect. This mean I could select something else for the price but not the same item. I didn't like that but fortunately they had a table set I liked better so I got lucky. The store manager was good but I lost faith in the brand quality and their over hyped platinum protection plan.

Received furniture within three days with arrival as planned. Corporate very easy to work with.

We were happy overall because we love the table that we bought. In terms of customer service, the store could use some improvement. The first time we visited, no one even approached us. I suspect it's because we look young. When we finally got someone's attention, we showed him what we wanted but it was too much money. We asked that he call us if the price dropped more because it was a closeout already. A few weeks later, we swung by and saw that the table was down to the price we were willing to pay. We took it home with us that day so I can't comment on their delivery. We were unhappy because the guy didn't bother to let us know the price dropped and we really loved the table. We're happy with the table itself, but could have received better customer service.
