The staff is very friendly and honest. I bought my Mini Cooper from Otto's and the price was the best around. I also have had my car serviced there. During my last visit, I went to purchase something from their parts / service dept. Instead of just selling me what I had come in for, the manager actually asked me questions and then offered me a different solution to my problem, suggesting that I didn't need to buy anything. When was the last time that you went to a car dealership and experienced someone NOT trying to sell you something!? I left Otto's that day knowing that I would continue to make the trip out to Exter for all of my Mini needs. This place is great.

We were in the market for a new car, two actually. We didn't tell the salesperson that we were actually looking at 2 cars, but were deciding between the mini and the fiat. They had the mini we were looking for on the lot, a used one just a couple years old with low mileage, and it was a near sealed deal. Then we mentioned the second car, and asked what type of deals they had for 2.
We had test driven one of the cars and liked it (not the actual one since that didn't appear to be an option), but we did make it clear that we would be interested in purchasing 2 vehicles, that day. There were a number of periods of waiting that we had to do, and in the end, the guy was not convinced we were serious, and did not appear to be interested in working with us.
We left the dealer and went back to fiat where we bought a new car right there and committed to the second one, the 4 door, which arrived a few weeks later when it was first released for sale in this country. We have 2 new cars, and the decision was simple because while we liked the mini, the dealer was not remotely interested in selling us one, and blew us off.
We did, in fact, like the fiat better in the end.

I was able to schedule the appointment on the day I needed and was promised a loaner car. The layout of the new building is very customer oriented and bringing your car there is easy. You just drive right into the garage and someone is there to help you immediately. A loaner was available to me as promised. They called me when the car was ready which was in only a couple of hours. The work was done as expected at no charge to me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I hadn't bought my car there so I wasn't sure what to expect but was very pleased. I will definitely go there again.

They are friendly and professional. They have loaner cars available. They only did the neccasary work and did not try to upsell me.
