MOLD 'N MORE DECONTAMINATION

During the process, they discovered the mold spread further than originally anticipated. They returned the following week to remove the rest of the mold for no additional cost. Mold was also found in on the exterior wall. Since we live in a townhouse, Mold N More Decontamination was not able to remove the siding to treat it. However they agreed to treat it whenever the siding was removed. When the siding was going to be removed for another project, they returned to treat with mold on short notice. I have been amazed with the professionalism and commitment of Mold N More Decontamination. I definitely recommend them if you are in need of mold remediation.

They did not remove all the mold. I still had symptoms after they said they were finished. It was determined that I still had mold. They came back and did the job completely this time.

The girl that answered the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a wonderful first impression since she knew exactly what their company does and didn't have to take my number to have someone else to call me back. I wish I would have called them first! She made my appointment and they came out on time. The gentleman was so nice and they did everything they said they were going to do. They worked with us under the time constraint of the settlement. Everything from start to finish was impeccable and 100%. They were amazing and it's a shame more companies aren't like them. I told the realtors in the settlement to use them in the future.

16 months later the mold has reappeared. Updated review to reflect this. Have been attempting to contact them and not getting any response back.

Mold N More was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team was very willing to work with our tight schedule in dealing with significant mold discovered in our attic, completing the removal of old attic insulation and then remediation of the mold 'squeezed' between a full roof replacement and then installation of new attic insulation by other contractors. The work was great, with a high degree of respect shown for our house and property while tackling a tough and dirty job.

The contractors came at the time they specified. The work to be done was competely explained and completed in the time estimated. 
The contarctor answered all questions completely. He gave me recommendations for ensuring that it would not return.

Our experience with Mold 'N More was very good.  They clearly communicated their plan to
remediate the mold.  I was impressed with
the product they used.  Rather than a
continual off-gassing of chemicals, the product claims to be inert after 24 hours
making the air quality much better, sooner.  
They did a good job of remediation.  
Even when I thought there was a place that was missed and they felt the
spot was OK, they not only gladly came back to satisfy me but then went on to
clean mold off of certain items I had in storage that I found after they had
completed their job.  They did that all
at no extra charge!  The crew was polite,
knowledgeable and didn?t mind when I asked my many questions.  They were careful to protect the surrounding
area from the affected area.  Cleanup was
also first class. They should be on your list of people to call.

Very professional team spent one full day sealing off basement, cutting drywall/molding/paneling, etc., then disposing of waste in rented dumpster. Took air samples to verify elimination of mold found earlier. Cleaned up nicely! Price wasn't cheap, but fair.

While mold and more did not do the actual mold remediation, they did conduct the post remediation testing for us and was very professional and helpful throughout this crazy process. I probably would have had them do the initial work, but they do not provide free estimates outside a certain service area. So I got quotes from other companies. But since they seemed very professional, I did call them to do our post testing. it turned out their prices were comparable and I would have probably selected them to do the job if we had not already hired another company (who ultimately failed in their performance).

The experience was great from start to finish. I had three other company's come out and give me some ridiculous price quotes and the vibe with those company's were awkward. That was not the case with this company. Their tech was very professional, knowledgeable, and was an all around honest guy. He inspected the basement very thoroughly during the estimate stage of the project, took pictures, and then e-mailed me the whole estimate. Their price was absolutely fair so I went with them without any doubts.
When they arrived for the job, they sealed everything off to prevent mold from spreading throughout the house. As they began removing the material, the tech noticed there was mold behind the walls which the previous owner covered up with drywall and the job became a little more difficult and longer than everyone expected but the tech and the company adjusted to it very well. They completed the whole job in two days and came back the next day to conduct post air tests. The tests came back a little abnormal so the tech came back again and retreated the area at no extra cost. 
The second treating took care of any abnormalities that were left over and my basement is now remediated. They also provided me with a copy of the lab results and a three year warranty that can be transferred to the next owner if I choose to sell. 
I would recommend this company to anyone and I will use them for my next home's inspections and anything else if necessary.

Overall, my experience with Mold N More (MNM) was excellent. I dealt with Eric Young, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and super responsive. I initially contacted MNM for an air quality test prior to purchasing and home, and later hired MNM to do a small remediation job. I was very happy with the service.

The company provided a thorough inspection to provide a quality estimate. The time table discussed was adhered to and the job completed in about 6 hours. They were professional and fees were in line were other estimates received. I was very satisfied with the entire process.

Mold 'n More visited our home back in late October.  We had an extensive
mold odor in our upstairs bathroom and throughout the house.  After
viewing several companies online, we selected Mold 'n More due to their
locality and reputation for our assessment, free of charge.
During their inspection without tearing down walls and using their mold
detector, they thoroughly scanned the home for danger issues (attic
beams, insulation spots, lack of ventilation) especially since our first
priority was the health of our oldest child, who has severe asthma. 
Mold 'n More found traces of mold in certain areas, but nothing too
alarming.  However, at the time of the inspection, the smell has
dispersed and Bill Young recommended no necessary course of action
unless it returned. 
A week or so later, the smell did return and Tim Young took a swab test in our bathroom vent (again, the smell
dispersed).  The results followed a few days later with a minimal spore
count.  We were charged for lab results of the swab test.
Little did we discover that after my own investigation over the course of 2-3
weeks, our own children had clogged the air vent (in-ground) to our home
with tennis balls and that caused the sewage to back up and become
moldy. 
Bill, Tim and Melissa epitomize utmost professionalism,
integrity and honesty in their field of work.  They were understanding
of our situation with my unemployment and cautious of the possible
expense of tearing down walls and remodeling a full bathroom to identify
the culprits.  America needs more small businesses like Mold 'n More
and I highly recommend them for any home or business in need of
combating mold issues.

I called mold n' more after noticing a mildew-y smell coming from my basement.  They came to do an air quality test, write a full report with test results, photos, and a remediation plan.  The plan included an estimate for all remediation services.  They scheduled the remediation services a few weeks after the initial test, and everything went very smoothly.  They removed drywall, and contaminated materials from the basement and cleaned my HVAC system, They were professional, very clean, polite, and cleaned up everything after the services were completed.  It's only been one week, but the mildew smell has completely vanished and the work is guaranteed for the next three years.
