The tux was nice. It did not take long to get fitted, everything went fine.

They were very helpful but a little on the expensive side. It cost 200 dollars. The transaction was straightforward. It worked out fine. The experience was top class.

I had a nice experience. They did a nice job. The fitting was handled very professionally, everything was ready on time, it was easy to bring it back and they had a nice process which was very computerized so we'd just fill in the information beforehand and then they'd just refine it with the measurements that they took in the store. Dropping it off was a piece of cake.

The experience was pretty amazing. They said I needed to have the tuxedo in Washington DC; however, I came into Philadelphia stores. It was pretty seamless within 15 minutes and they took out the tuxedo that fits, better that off. It was there waiting for me when I needed in DC, so it was magic. I was really surprised with what they were doing. They were really knowledgeable and they headed up that well. I was happy with the price for what I got there. I don't know what others would charge. I was fine with the price though.

They are very prompt and provide personal service. There is a guy who when I go there always jumps out, remembers my name, comes over and takes care of me. For a chain store, it is pretty good that way.

We were happy except for the fact the man measured his neck wrong for the shirt, so it was a little big, and he felt a little self conscious about it.
