I was told by another firm that I needed a new HVAC system. MDT showed me that this system is working fine: showed me that refrigerant levels are not low, and that certain parts of unit are functioning normally. I greatly appreciate the knowledge and honesty provided by MDT. My only complaint is that you can't speak to a person when you call, you only get voice mail.

Very poor service and professionalism. I got a new unit installed in January 2023 and in July I had water damage from the system going into my ducts that ruined the ceiling on multiple floors. I had to wait for 5 days for them to come and detect abs diagnose the problem. Since the water damage was too much I had to shut off the system in this hot weather. Technician came after 5 days and said I don’t see any problem with the system and left. There is no accountability and lack of professionalism was appalling. Please avoid MDT heating.
