Ann was fantastic! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to work with. She provided lots of unconventional assistance along the way to selling the house - I had moved across the country and she was able to coordinate work being done on the property while I wasn't there, and even set it up so that I didn't have to be physically present at closing.
