I did not hire this person.

My husband cracked our toilet tank when he was trying to fix a problem with the flush valve. I had been wanting to redecorate the bathroom so we decided to replace the toilet and sink & tub hardware with the help of a professional. I found Frank using Angie's List. He was quick to respond to my message for help and recommended toilets for me to look at. He told me to call him when we had purchased everything and he would do the install. I called him when I had everything and we set up the appointment to fit in with my schedule. He was very accommodating. He arrived right on time and got right to work. He did a great job and I would definitely use him again.

We've used Frank in the past and he has not disappointed us. He helped a co-worker of my husband and she recommended him to us, and now we are recommending him to others. He is extremely professional and we will use him again.

Frank was outstanding both times. He was on-time and pleasant. The toilet was fixed quickly and we have had no problems since. The sink was purchased at the home improvement store, but the install contractor that we ordered from them never called and never showed up. I wouldn't contract through the home improvement store if it was free. Anyway, Frank was again on-time and very friendly. He didn't have the parts we needed so he had to run out and get them. He did a beautiful job on the install and the price was less than what the home improvement store wanted to charge us. I wouldn't hesitate to call Frank again or recommend him to anyone else. He's professional and extremely competent. We're looking at replacing two toilets in the other bathrooms of the house and we'll be calling Frank to install them. He even recommended certain designs of toilets so that tall people wouldn't feel as though they're sitting on the floor.

He is just a very responsive and hard working guy. His prices are very fair, he's probably got all of the business he can use. He is very low key as far as advertising.
