Working with Carl, Karen and Jack at CTS Electric was a truly excellent experience, and I am so glad we found them! We've needed a back-up generator for quite a while, and had checked out some other suppliers, but none of them could design a system that worked for the layout of our home. Carl came out and, in one hour, had the perfect solution for us! The generator we ordered, a 20 Kw Briggs & Stratton unit, arrived on time and was quickly followed up with a highly professional installation. Even when the usual installation "challenges" came up, all was taken in stride and professionally resolved, most likely taking more time than had been anticipated, at NO additional charge. Jack was even able to come back later, on an additional job that got our WiFi working better than ever - yes, they do that too! Our installation is very neat and completely unobtrusive. And, we have already had a chance to see how well the installation works. Our power went out for 12 hours just one week after the unit was installed. But for us, it was only out for about 25 seconds! Our back-up generator kicked in and we had power, and heat, all night long! If you need a back-up generator, and you want things done right, just call CTS Electric!

It was done promptly and efficiently. Not easy digging to lay wires due to rocks and roots, but they got it done!

Excellent. We originally were thinking of a ceiling fan. Ben came out and took time to go over all of our options and we decided on ceiling lights (which we love). CTS was in constant communication ahead of time about exactly what would take place as there were no lights ever in this particular room. Karen is wonderful to work with and every employee I've met has been courteous and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, they are innately trustworthy - I never have an issue if I need to leave my home while CTS is working here. Any time we need electrical work - we will always go to CTS.

Ben took the time to diagnose and fix my outdoor lamp post when it was thought that all it needed was the timer replaced. It ended up being that there was a break in the electrical wire buried in the ground. Ben took the time to find the break and to replace the wire as well as check all other components to ensure it was in working condition and to avoid any further problems. The whole process was very positive from first talking and scheduling with Karen, getting an estimate to the appointment for the repair. Price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely use again in the future.

I could not be happier with CTS Electric. We needed some work done with outdoor lights and re-wiring of some lighting in our basement. They are very responsive, extremely attentive to detail and thoughtfully consider everything while explaining all options. They are so trustworthy, I felt comfortable leaving my home while Tyler was finishing up the work (he's awesome by the way). Kudos to CTS - HIGHLY recommend!

Work completed successfully, promptly, pleasantly and for a very reasonable price........what more could you ask? The service technician (Matt) was very professional and such a pleasant young man to talk to. This company is the real package and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again for any electrical work.

We live in a wooded lot and have had the electric wires downed by trees numerous times. I had a contractor excavate a trench and install electric lines from the pole to my house meter. I installed the meter base and was ready for CTS. They removed my old meter base, tied the new wires into the new meter base and went up on the pole to tie the wires into PECO. Carl did a great job; very professional, prepared and conscientious about safety. The work was done in a timely manner. In the end I was very pleased with the whole process; the scheduling, the work and the final bill. If you are looking for a reliable electrician, I would highly recommend CTS electric!
