Crystal Springs

Do. Not. Use. Crystal. Springs.aka Sparkletts. Not only is it the most expensive residential water around ($8.99/5 gallons) this company has the nerve to bill for a "fuel surcharge". No company does that anymore.We had been customers of Crystal Springs for 10 years, then moved 5 miles away to a new zone. Crystal Springs never once delivered water on the date promised. We had to consistently call to request delivery. A couple of times, the company called US to say our delivery would be earlier than scheduled so we'd put out half full bottles to make sure we'd have enough.Then the driver would never show up & we'd have to call again to find out what was going on. The route manager made promises but nothing changed. Phone calls requesting callbacks from him and higher ups were never received. The worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I finally cancelled & asked for full bottles to be picked up immediately.They sat at the street for 3 weeks before somebody finally showed.

They leave the bottles right at the garage area and we bring them in. We leave our empties out there as well. I'm a little disappointed with the inability to clean the water cooler properly, after a long period of time there is buildup. I'm a little disappointed they don't supply a cleaner of some sort.
