CJ's Tire & Automotive Services - Lionville

I used to go every 3 months for oil changes, and a yearly Inspection. I am moving out of the country here soon. They are very professional, and tell you what they are going to do. It is easy to get an appointment, and their prices are also very good.

The car passed inspection today and we picked it up and asked about the brakes....they told us they still had 50% left. One year ago CAR SENSE recommended that we get the brakes replaced. The car passed inspection last yr but Car Sense called us and wrote on the order that the tech noted that the front brakes needed replacing. Many oil changes later with CJ's and an inspection we still are not at the point of replacing. They are honest and fair and don't invent problems. They always amaze me with customer service. A few months ago I was with someone who had water pump problems and had a used car warranty from a dealer....needed a patch job just to get it to the dealership. CJ's did fix the immediate problem and didn't charge.

Happy with providor - have had tires replaced as well as windshield motor replaced - satisified with both services and plan to use again in the future.

I had a coupon for an inspection at CJs in Lionville. Nice clean place , polite people. They performed the inspection readily , pointed out some possible future concerns and offered a non-pushy price to do the work. I settled for just the inspection at this time but I appreciated the heads up. For a small donation to their charity , I was given a coupon to Chick-Fila ( across the street ) so I had lunch while waiting for my vehicle. No problems and saved a bunch with their coupon - on the truck and lunch!. Good experience all around.

I shopped around by phone for estimates to replace my radiator and received the best option at Cj's Tire in Exton/Loinville. I dropped off my car after hours and in the morning , George called to confirm the pricing after looking at my car. The work was completed the same day. Unlike other shops - CJ's delivered on the price and did not attempt to up sell additional services, such as oil changes or factory maintenance. The price was lower then other local shops and I decided to have Cj's also complete an oil change for me as well as my car was close to it next service.
The pricing was straight forward and I even received an additional discount for being a AAA member.
I would recommend this shop based on my experience for both service and pricing. .
