"Unfortunately this is the only jobs where I don't know what else I could have done. We did everything to make this customer happy. The main things said in this review is we did not complete the work. We did our contract and some. He told me originally it was a great price. There was a lot about the job that was unexpected. We have never had any complaints so this was a little strange. He called me on a Sunday and said water is coming from the ceiling and that it must be from our work. I came right over on my 1 day off. I opened the ceiling and located the leak - it was the toilet. The wax ring failed. We did not work near there. I pointed to the leak. He didn't believe me so I drove 1 hr round trip to get the part and I replaced the toilet wax ring. The leak stopped. He asked if I could do the ceiling repair. I believe if I did that, this review would not exist. I chose not to do a new contract because I did not want the new job to be like the first. The one thing I should have done better was explained why I did not want to do the ceiling repair. We were there on time every day. The reason the job took longer is because we did a lot more in the scope of work. Some customers are hard to please and we did our best."
