We had very, very interesting requirements. We?re an older couple and we needed a single floor plan and we didn?t quite know exactly which way we were going to go. We actually visited 24 houses before we found the home we wanted to buy. Bob is tireless. He worked hard to find the right place for us. Bob was also able to find us a mortgage broker to accommodate our retirement needs in regards to mortgage. This was a topnotch, professional experience all around. Not only was he patient in taking us to all these houses, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied. I think very highly of him and if there was a higher grade than A, I would give it to him.
