It was a fair value, and they were very prompt. It was free. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My customer service experience with them is great and always has been. They did not have a watch maker/jeweler on premise and the lady gave me a time-frame when I could expect the watch back. It came back well ahead of the time she gave me. Normally they could of swapped the battery out right there but there was a water seal that needed to be checked. I would rate them overall an A.

It would have been a $350 charge, but they didn't charge us anything because they thought that the problem I was having with the watch shouldn't have happened, so they did it for free. It's not a chain, they give you personal attention, I can trust them a lot, if they tell you if something is worth buying or not worth fixing, then they will always tell you the truth.
