"Thank you for your review, it's been a pleasure working on your project. Nicole"
When it came time to install the quartz they were very professional. They had to deliver different pieces of the quartz at different times during the project and this was no problem. The pieces were precisely cut to the specific measurements. The finished look was beautiful.
The prices quoted include measuring and installation and we found that they were lower than all of the large stores. I would not hesitate to use them on any project that involved new counters. They have been amazing on both of the projects where we used their service. Please give them the opportunity to earn your business.
The only thing was that the company forgot to caulk part of the sink. But my husband noticed it right away and they came quickly to finish the caulking.
The kitchen looks great. Very affordable, but high-end look.
Chose from granite on special price section. When counter went in, one piece wasn't cut right. They came out within days with new piece on a Saturday, and even paid for the kitchen sink plumbing because of error. Very nice people to work with and very responsive.
kitchen counter tops and ASCO was a perfect choice. They offered a half
dozen or so choices of the granite that was offered at the sale price
from their website, and it was far from the basic color choices that
were offered at all the other places I had been to. The granite we
chose was called Cocoa Dark and it looks like a much more expensive
granite.
From start to finish, Nicole was professional,
efficient and extremely knowledgeable about every phase of the job.
They had a wonderful selection of sinks to choose from and (even though
they were included in the price) they were far from a cheap one. I have
recommended ASCO to anyone who will listen and when I look to replace
bathroom sinks in the future, I will be calling them and no one else!
Once I made my selection in the warehouse, I made an appointment to have a technician come to my house to measure and create a template. This went fine. One of the details of this install was a counter overhang of about 14". I was informed by the technician that this was not a problem but flat bracket would be added to the order for support.
The day of the installation, the installers knew nothing about the flat brackets, assured me that they were not needed and proceeded to install the granite counters. Also, the seams were sloppy and the edges of the counters were slightly warped.
I won't use them again and would not recommend.
The individual who did the tile was not very professional and if I used the company again I would request this person
not be used on my job.
ASCO advertises a fixed price of $1,800 per square foot for between 30 and 40 square feet (which is where ours fell) plus $600 for a removal and plumbing package which includes a sink and faucet and all the materials and labor. There are certain selections of granite, sinks and faucets that apply under this price range.
We found the selection of granite, sinks and faucets for the advertised price to be very nice. We did go with a slightly upgraded sink because my wife wanted one a little deeper and a little bigger on the one side than offered at the price, but the quality of the sinks available for the advertised price were equal to the one we selected.
Once we decided on all the components, they scheduled the measurement 3-4 days later and told us it would be ready to be installed a week after that. Everything happened exactly as planned.
One thing I really liked about them was they have a plumber on staff. Typically you have to arrange to have the plumbing part of the job done on your own which involves getting a plumber to come out and unhook everything, then have them come back to reinstall everything once the countertop is installed. ASCO handled everything seemlessly. During the installation they even suggested to my wife that we move the garbage disposal to the other side of the sink and did so at no added cost.
We are 100% satisfied with the new countertop and highly recommend ASCO to everyone. They also got an A+ from my daughter who told me that it would have cost more, taken longer, and been more of a hassle (due to the plumber issue) had the work been done at her former employer.
-Price was very competitive and we paid same price as they have published on the website, no gimmicks
-They do plumbing also and that's the package we bought.
-No problems with the schedule, came in time.
-Bought the supports for the island overhang from them and they installed them also.
-Bought the sink, faucet and soap dispenser there, they installed it.
-Pleasant people in the showroom and the installers
-One stop shop, I did not want to deal with carpenters, plumbers, etc...so working with Asco they took care of everything.
