We called Mark about six months ago to fix the problem. After getting more 3 estimates, we decided to give the job to Mark. We had worked with Mark on a smaller job and like him very much. He is crazy busy so wasn't able to address our work until now. Mark was finally freed up enough to fix our two-day job. He reviewed what he planned to do. We didn't want the old bricks from the chimney thrown into the chimney so he had it stacked neatly nearby for us to re-use. Although he had 2 other workers with him, he pretty much did the work himself in the 90 degree plus heat. We would wait for Mark again if we had to address any other problems for any of our 5 properties. We had a few downpours but the chimney does not leak.
Description of Work: Chimney on our 3-story, 100-year old house leaked. Mark tore off the chimney since it was not a working fireplace/chimney but simply used to exhaust the furnace. He installed a new flue. He took care to stack the old brick for recycling.
