Prompt on quoting the project. Scheduling was easy and when the weather cooperated they arrived on time, grounded and big stump, trimmed the trees we discussed and added a tree to cut down at the last minute. The tree was in an unusual area and not easy to get too and drop. The crew was prompt, curtious and didn’t do any damage while on-site. Would recommend and hire again!

Don't hire this company if you care about aesthetics and tree health. I asked them to cut back the low hanging branches and only remove dead branches above. Instead I got this garbage. If you look at my google review you will see photos of four trees in my front yard which they "trimmed" (i.e. topped and butchered) in April 2022. I took the photos in early October 2022. The trees still look like props from a horror movie. As you can see, there are plenty of dead branches on all 4 trees and they have completely lost the beautiful natural shape they used to have after 40+ years of growth. Their unskilled work has ruined our curb appeal - thank goodness we don't need to sell the house anytime soon. They did other work in the backyard to remove a dead tree, grind a few stumps, and remove some old debris. They damaged a lot of turf in the process - ruts, holes, , etc. - and only came back to repair with topsoil and seed after I complained and withheld payment. I'm glad they repaired that damage. Unfortunately, the ruined front yard trees cannot be reconstructed. I have to live with that garbage now. Otherwise, I totally agree with other reviewers comments about poor customer service, responsiveness, communication, and general bad attitude. Spend more money and hire a professional company like BJ Tree Service. You get what you pay for.

They were supposed to come back and remove the stump and repair a fence but they never showed.

Delivered cord wood in general desired area. Most wood seasoned. Some cuts were wet and had ice on them. But overall good price.

He did an excellent job, as usual. Cleans up very well. charges a fair price, hard working crew.

Daugherty has always preformed well for me. used them three times no complaints about the job.

After getting multiple estimates for this service, I found them to have the best price. They came with their bucket truck and very quickly brought the trees down, removed them from my yard and cleaned up so well you wouldn't have know the trees were there. Everything was executed with much precision and I would definitely use their services again.

They were paid in full. They did the service, but left a mess. There are twigs and stumps everywhere. They didn't cut the downed tree and left the entire tree trunk in place on the ground on the back hill. They said they would come out last Wed. I waited three hours for them and they never came out. I called once more and left a voice mail and have yet to hear back.

It went really well. They did a great clean up and would use them in the future.

When I talked to the owner's wife she said the wood was all 2 year old seasoned hardwood. After they dumped it and left, I was inspecting the wood and it was not a cord, the wood was horrible, rotted, soaking wet like they pulled it from a lake. I couldn't burn this wood for 2 years if I let it sit. There were some salvageable pieces, the rest I threw away. As a new customer you would have thought they would have gone out of their way to deliver a great product. I called and left a message and relayed my unhappiness about the quality of their wood. They did not respond in any way. I would never buy from them again or call for any of their services.

THIS COMPANY INCLUDING THE OWNER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. HE WAS UNRELIABLE AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TRY TO WORK WITH US TO COME TO AN AGREEMENT ON THE SHODDY WORK AND SERVICE. HE LIED ABOUT HIS AGREEMENT AND SCREAMED AT ME OVER THE PHONE AND OVER TALKED ME WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO HIM. HE WAS DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, HAD POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DECEIVED MY TRUST. I HOPE THIS WILL SAVE SOMEONE MONEY BY CHECKING ANGIES'S LIST FIRST.
