DAVID A SAUTER WINDOW CLEANING

Arrived promptly and completed work in two hours. The Good: (1) The screens were very difficult to remove and when he gave me the estimate he said he would not charge me for removing the screens (keep in mind there are 22 screens that needed to be removed, so that was good). (2) He offered to put the screens where ever I wanted. The Bad: (1) Called on a Friday and did not hear back from them until Monday. (2) A window dressing was broken and he did not fix it or take anything off the price. (3) Although the windows are clean, the work was a little sloppy with dirty water drippings on the front door that I had to clean off and touch up some of the windows. (4) Damaged some hedges. Instead of going around the hedges (where there is a clear path) went through them. (5) When he was finished, he left me a business card with a different company name than the receipt. Just thought this was weird. (6) MOST IMPORTANTLY I asked him (with marker in hand) that if he was not going to mark which window the screens came out of I would as he took them out. He said, "Don't worry about it. I will mark them in the upper left hand corner and write 'LF' for left front etc." After he left and I was moving the screens, I looked and NONE of them are marked telling me which window they came out of. Might not be a big deal, but I specifically asked him if he was going to mark them and if he wasn't that I would do it and he told me he would mark them.

My experience with them was great. He came out, did it, and left me a bill. They were great and I would certainly have them back.

The gentlemen was pleasant and polite. He was on time did the work and was gone. He was reliable and worked very professionally. I have used this company several times and I highly recommend them.

David arrived when he said he would to provide an estimate. We set up a date to clean a few days later. He arrived on time and immediately began to work. Our windows had not been cleaned for many years. When David removed the screens and the muttons, the windows were filthy. He had to scrape paint off of some windows. He also needed to move some stuff in the garage to get to the windows to clean. He did not complain. He was at the house for approximately 5 hours. The windows are spotless! I can not believe what a serious difference it has made. David was pleasant to speak to. I did not mind having him in the house while I was there or while I was away. I will hire this company again to clean my windows.

Excellent. Dave is truly a professional and while being an engaging and personable guy, went about his work in a systematic and efficient manner. He was very meticulous in making sure that he moved things as needed, left no mess and replaced items that he had to move to get his work accomplished. When I offered to move things for him, he declined and took all of the work upon himself and graciously agreed to add the work of cleaning an extremely high chandelier in our entrance hall even though he had not been notified of this ahead of time and didn't have the best ladder to make it work. He managed to work around all of it and left things looking sparkling clean. We have a NEW OUTLOOK on the world, thanks to the clean windows and screens left from Dave's work. We would recommend him to anyone and hope to utilize his services on a regular basis.

I called David mid-week to see if someone could come out before Saturday to clean my windows and gutters. He promptly returned my call and had someone at my home that Friday. I believe the guy's name that came was Red and he did a fantastic job! We had recently purchased the home and it is safe to say that the windows and gutters had been neglected for many years. He showed me the wear on the screens due to over exposure, explained why it was best to remove the old gutter guards and offered great advise about preventative maintenance. He cleaned my screens and removed the gutter guards at no additional expense as well as wiped out all of the cob webs around the exterior of the window. There was one window that he could not access because of an awning so he went inside our home and cleaned from the inside out. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone. It is refreshing to work with hard working honest professionals.

We called Dave on December 29 for gutter cleaning. He recommended that we move quickly before freezing would make us wait until spring. He came to our house and quoted the same day. He came the following day (Saturday) to do the work. He was efficient and thorough. The entire job took almost four hours. Our windows were very clean and the gutters worked better than they had for years. When he was done, he cleaned up thoroughly leaving the house, lawn, and patio cleaner than when he arrived. He was very personable.

The company sent someone out within 24 hours of my call. The man they sent was one who had been here before and he is always professional and friendly. I feel very comfortable having him in and around my house.

David called me back immediately and was able to do the work the following day. He's a very nice guy, and I felt comfortable having him in the house with me while I was alone. He was extremely thorough and careful, and he did some extra things I didn't ask for (like skylights). He was here for 7 hours. We set up an on going agreement for him to do the outside of the windows every 3 months, and the inside once per year. He put the screens back ''inside out'' so he can just come and do the work even if I am not home. He will call and remind me that it's time for him to come and clean. All I have to do is write the check!

Mike, who works for David, called in the morning to schedule an estimate and said if we were happy with the price, he would do the work on the spot, which he did. He was polite, efficient and thorough.

HE WAS PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND CONSCIENTIOUS. HE WAS ALSO A VERY NICE PERSON WHO I FELT COMFORTABLE HAVING IN MY HOUSE WHILE HE SPENT THE MORNING CLEANING THE INSIDE.

CLEANED WINDOWS ON THE DAY I SPOKE WITH THEM. PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE. LEFT A BILL IN FRONT DOOR. PRICE REASONABLE. WORKED PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT!

DAVE IS VERY PERSONABLE, AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR HIM ARE SUPER FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY DO A VERY THOROUGH JOB. THE COST OF THE JOB IS APPROPRIATE FOR THE SERVICES PERFORMED.

PROMPT SERVICE. CLEANERS WILL SHOW UP ON THE DAY AND TIME THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. WINDOWS ARE SPARKLING CLEAR ONCE COMPLETED.

THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, CONSISTENT, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WILL ALSO DO GUTTER CLEANING, PRESSURE WASHING, ETC.

MR. BROWN SHOWS UP AT ANY TIME, BUT USUALLY EARLY MORNING. HE IS ALONE AND IT TAKES HIM ABOUT 30 MINUTES TO DO EVERYTHING. THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY WE PAY.
