Thomas Paving, Seal Coating, Pressure Wash SnowSer

Mr. Thomas is a conman. He quoted us $740- to do our driveway. Said it would be less if my husband helped him. We just lost our son, Alexander, 3 months ago and he works 6 days a week, so we opted for NO help and full payment. We did offer to prep it the day before, Powerwashing, which took 6 hours. I messaged him prior and told him the leaves were falling faster than we could get them off the driveway, asking if that was a concern. He showed up, unannounced, gave my husband a leaf blower and told him he would be back. ? He came back, rushed the job, got my husband to help him the ENTIRE time anyway and still charged us $740-!? Our 3 year old was asleep on me under the carport when I was writing the check, I didn't see all the over spray on my brand new garden beds, flower pots or planters, the sprayed leaves instead of driveway, the cracks not entirely filled... till the next morning. That's when I first messaged him regarding my disgust. No response. For 2 days. Finally, I warned him I'd cancel the check if he didn't respond, no response... So I did. ?‍♀️ Messaged him asking him for his address to send a corrected check for what we feel he deserves ($500-) after this nightmare, finally... A response! ZERO accountability!! So many lies. Guess we are going to small claims court now. ?‍♀️ Maybe I'll finally get the answers to all the questions I got ZERO response on. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I never heard from them. I assume they don't need the work.

It was alright but we're not totally happy. But you gotta take what you get. He has to come back and do some repairs. He charged a lot of money. He did the job in a day. He was here on time and he got it done.

He responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He gave us an estimate which we agreed to and he started immediately. He was professional, very neat, thorough, and he had us inspect the driveway before leaving. We were very pleased with the work and finished product.

Mr. Thomas came at the time he indicated. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was particularly careful with the washing because I have old aluminum siding, and used  mostly a brush and then a gentle rinse; no strong sprayer. They moved things and put them back. After they were finished, there were still some blotches on the front of the house from brushing. He agreed to come back and re-wash it, which he did in a timely manner. It looks fine now and I'm really pleased with the job. As an extra, he power washed my front walk and driveway. Everything looks great now.

Mr. Thomas did the estimate, I accepted, and he did the job the very next day. Several other neighbors had their driveways done at this time, also. He was able to get all the jobs done in one day. They started early in the morning with excavation. It was very well organized, and by the end of the day, everything was finished. The work was excellent quality and he took particular care to get rid of the depressions at the end of the driveway and to make a very nice fan shape into the street. It is very neat and looks great.Thomas aims to please.
