About us
Specialize in cleaning the black streaks, algae, moss and lichen on shingle, slate, and rubber roofs. We also specialize in house, building and exterior cleaning of all surfaces that develop the same growth from mother nature. Our process is Immediate and chemical based meaning that it kills the growth on the surface similar to an exterminator. Our process does not damage surfaces being cleaned because we use no mechanical means of removal such as a power washer or high pressure. Surfaces cannot be left cleaner with any other process. We have 2-4 employees depending on the season and usually leave a bill in the door when we are finished.

We clean all roofing surfaces that have undesirable black streaks, moss, lichen or stains. We also clean rust from all surfaces without acid or etching involved. Exterior cleaning of houses, buildings, and all associated surfaces to include stucco, brick, siding, metal, and painted. Along with this we offer additional services such as gutter cleaning inside and out and widow cleaning with associated roof or house cleaning.
Services we don't offer
We do not offer testing for mold or interior remediation. We also do not offer power washing or steam cleaning.
