"Thanks, your kind words are appreciated and we do look forward to again hearing from you when you're ready. We did want to share that the stains in the bowls were built in (embedded) most likely due to having hard water. Most of our accounts have this problem and if they're not maintained (cleaned) on a weekly or less cleaning, it starts building itself in way of a tint first, than a darker stain whereas it's there for good within a few months. Hard water is a challenge on chrome fixtures too. Once it starts~ the damage, it's impossible to return it to it's original look again. Also, the cost we wanted to share is something we really have no control over. We charge our customers a rate that includes taxes, insurance, supplies and our staff with workers compensation and when all is said and done, it's very little the company profits on. This is why the public hardly ever sees a cleaning company offering big discounts on their service. Also, we have a staff that we would like return the next day and like many know, you get what you pay for~ :o) Just wanted to share this with you and the readers and again, it was a pleasure doing business with you and look forward to it happening again."
