BILL WAS OUTSTANDING. HE TRIED TO HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE, CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, AND SHOWED ME HOW TO DO IT MYSELF. THE WATER NOW DRAINS BEAUTIFULLY. THIS WAS PRETTY MUCH AN IDEAL EXPERIENCE, AND I WOULDN'T HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
