Their products are okay. Their service is horrible!!! They don't display their hours anywhere in the store, on the website, or on their phone answering machine. In fact, they don't even have an answering machine. If you call during non-business hours, it will just ring and ring without a machine. You can't get any info on when they open back up. You can only hope you go there at the right time and hope that they are open, then ask them when their hours are. Longer story short, they are hard to get a hold of and hard to get in there at the right time. Again, horrible service. When my warranty expires on this bike, I will no longer be doing business with them.
Description of Work: The last time that I had my bike serviced it was under warranty. However, they seemed to want to do as little as possible to look it over. I told them everything that was wrong with it and they only wanted to deal with the biggest issue (the grinding gears). I told them the brakes no longer squeel anymore, but did in the past and that the engine was not running right, but works now. They didn't care to take a look at the other two parts (just incase) now that they were fine. It would be nice while I had it in there that they look it all over.
