Bottom line, they don't take appointments and can only render services on their time.
As I was told today by Pam, "we have 500 clients, we're very busy, we need to fit you into our schedule. No one else in your neighborhood has ever had a problem with this."If you care for in detail experience please continue to read.
On May 9th of this year I received a phone call to let me know that Underground Sprinkler System would be out on 10th to turn on our system. With less than 24 hours notice I was only able to be home until 10 am. (you must be home to let the workers into the basement to activate the sprinkler system) I was told that they were very busy and probably couldn't fit me in that early. At 2:15 that afternoon I received a phone call from the workmen saying that they were waiting outside my house to be let in to start the sprinkler system. This was a message left on my cell phone, as I was out and unavailable.
I called to schedule and appointment for service at 4:19 on Friday June 10th. On Monday June 13 at 10:21 I received a phone call from one of the workmen letting me know he was on the way to my house to turn on my system. I was not at home, and I was very uncomfortable telling this to someone I see twice a year for less than 10 minutes at a time.
I called to make an appointment time and express my concerns about scheduling this morning, June 14. This afternoon I spoke with Pam, who I have spoken with five times in two years to set up previous services. I told her that it made me very uncomfortable to have to tell a stranger that I wasn't home while he stood outside my house and that I would prefer to make an appointments through her form now on. She told me that the men had been out to our house three times so they weren't strangers and, as I said above, they were very busy and would have to fit me in on there time.
I told her that I would find someone else to preform future services and was promptly hung up on.
