Tom Bello has done several jobs for me at two different locations. He is professional, a perfectionist, personable and a joy to work with. I wish there were more contractors with his work ethic. Works very hard, gets the job done and takes his time with the details. He has also done work for several other family members on our referral and all have been very pleased. Would recommend him wholeheartedly!

Skylights were provided to contractor.

Bid was slightly higher than other contractors.

Old roof was removed. Decking was inspected for damage as there had been a leak the previous winter. No repairs were needed. Crew was on time, professional and neat. There was only a few nails and one shingle left on the ground. Owner was present at the start of each morning. Work was completed on time.

Skylight installation was tricky as the replacements were not of the same design as the originals. However the contractor handled it without incident.

We are very satisfied with the contractor's work.

After taking months to get an estimate and install replacement windows contractor used unpaintable caulking to weather proof windows. several conversations were had that we were getting the house painted and need the windows done prior. Contractor was contacted by painter and home owner. Contractor took no responsibility and tried to blame the painter that it was not his job to fix his mistake. Painter states the contractor stated he would return to recaulk the windows. Contractor was contacted by the home owner to remedy the situation he stated he would fix asap then never returned. Several weeks later home owner contacted the contractor again contractor was rude mouthy and disrespectful. Bottom line home had to spend several hundred dollars to fix contractors ignorance.
