"Actually [member name removed] first set of windows were installed in Nov. 2010. He liked them and the installation so much that he ordered more windows from us the following year. He liked the installation and the installer so much he tried to hire him to do some side work (replace interior casing). One time [member name removed] called in a service order to me because he said the windows wouldn't lock. I showed him that when you lower the top sash you must raise it completely so that the bottom sash lines up with the top sash, thus enabling you to lock the sash. THERE WAS NEVER A COMPLAINT ABOUT LEAKING WINDOWS until the [removed member name] had their house sided, and it was obvious that whoever sided the house didn't know what they were doing. In any case when I visited the [member name removed], and examined the windows (that mind you did not leak since installation) and informed him that whoever sided the house apparently did not recaulk/reseal the windows as the new siding was being installed, well let's just say you would have thought someone stole his first born. After he told me that I was full of *****, ****** me up and down, I did drop to his level (there is only so much anyone should have to take). The dumb thing is that if he hadn't flown off the handle we would would have sealed behind the J channel which would have solved the issue. IF YOU ARE A CONTRACTOR STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. [customer name removed] was so arrogant and abusive, he must be use to being a bully. When he stepped forward and got in my face while spewing profanities and saliva, I believe he was surprised when I didn't back down. As most bullies will do he then decided to call 911 (because I raised my voice to him). Again, my regret was dropping down to his level, OTHER CONTRACTORS BEWARE. None of us should have to put up with the type of verbal abuse and false complaints that this person put forward."
