Both times, the crew left piles of leaves, small branches and empty water bottles. None of them ever wore protective head gear. Tree branches were shredded by their chipper, which was parked at the curb. They left leaving wood chips all over the road. They failed to arrive on both promised dates and finally showed up unannounced weeks later. Very unprofessional - but it showed why their prices were the lowest.

Took $4,000 check and left job half done.

These people came on a Friday to do jobs on two separate properties for quite a lot of money. It was as though they were waiting to get the job done because they resented having to work at all. The crew seemed very angry. They rushed through the work and the way they drove the equipment in such a state of anger seemed dangerous.. They overcharged. I would never hire them again.

I thought Star was a reputable company but after this humiliating experience, I will never call again.
