We were very impressed with the carpet installation. We visited the store to view different carpet samples. We were greeted almost immediately. The employee was very helpful with all of our questions and made great suggestions. We set up an appointment to have our living room measured so that we could receive an accurate quote. We were surprised at the excellent price. We were able to set up an appointment within 10 days. After 10 days, we had our carpet installed. We were very happy with the amount of time it took and the quality of the carpet and installation.

We had multiple visits to South One, we were not 100% sure what we wanted.  The staff was overly helpful and helped us design the project.  The materials we selected were very high quality.  It did take some time to get "on the schedule," but we felt that was acceptable, we would rather have an installer that was busy than one that was always sitting around not doing anything.  I also know that Lesli pulled a few strings to get us on the schedule.  Once we were on the schedule, the work was performed as scheduled.  There were some design  questions that got brought up during the installation, but they were handled very quickly, professionally, and with great final results. Before and after pictures are amazing, the material and installation were exceptional.  There is no question we will stop by South One before our next renovation project.

Really well. Job came in at budget and just a little behind time due to a vendor issue. Jay handled the vendor issue totally to our satisfaction. Dave, Jack and Don are craftsmen and one feels very comfortable with them in the house. Karen and Keegan came up with excellent design ideas for a difficult space. We were very happy with South One.     

We decided to go with another company because it took them too long to actually give us the quote. But overall we may consider using them in the future

I talked with them and got the quote but I did not use their service. It was a very long process for them to get someone out to see us. If they had been a little more punctual I might have gone with them. I guess they are quite a ways from where we are. They were fine and professional.

In the interest of full disclosure, I must say that the owner, Joe Little, is a good friend and former neighbor that we have known for 20 plus years. That being said, we would not have hesitated to go elsewhere if we did not feel that we were getting excellent service. We have always found the salespeople and installers to be professional, prompt, and work until the job is complete. At one point, we had a problem with one of our windows which was repaired at no cost to us, even though it was several years after installation. Joe treats each job, big or small, like it is being done on his own home. We will continue to buy at South One whenever possible.

We were sent a team of two installers who we were told were experienced retired guys.  They did the job in 1/2 the time we were told and did a pretty slip-shot job.

The salesclerks at South One Supply & Home Center was very friendly. It seemed like the guy there was kind of selling things pushy and made it seem like he was the expert and kept telling us what we needed instead of giving us options. He also seemed a little bit arrogant.

Installation went well but had to have salesman return for touch ups. .

We will be getting our estimate this week. After we have the price and the work is completed I will submit another report. We are very please with the men that came to do the measuring for the windows and to discuss the water damaged walls. We have used this company in the past for new doors and screen doors. Loved their work and attention to detail.
