 + -1 moreNot well furniture was ruined as it wasn't blocked up wet carpet wasn't extracted and the eqeuipment left behind to dry didn't fnction electrically kept kicking out breakers on a new two hundred amp service. basically charge money but don't deliver in the business of collecting insurance money.
Description of Work: Servpro was called in to do a water. remediation. They spent approximately 2.5 hrs at my home then informed me they had another emergency to respond too. I signed a contract but they never fullfilled there end of it. long story but ended up in civil court they retain an attorney fulltime so this isn't there. first rodeo of ripping off the consumer. I wouldn't reccomend servpro for any service they charge a lot and don't fullfill the terms of the contract.
