John has been a huge help to us. We've used him for many small projects over the years. He is timely, explains everything before beginning work, and genuinely a nice person.
This project was just adding exterior venting from our two bathrooms' fans. He came on day to check out what needed to be done and then scheduled to come back to do the work.
