"We showed up the day you called but you were left unaware because with exterior jobs we dont need to knock on your door hence why we didn't coordinate a time. We acquire enough information for all exterior bids over the phone so theres no inconvenience with your lifestyle. We mailed the estimate the following day so im sorry if you didn't receive it via mail. The 2nd time you called I told you it was already mailed and you were persistent in saying that we never made our arrival failing to listen to me as I told you that we were present and completed all of our required measurements with the detail set forth."
