We received a carpet cleaning for renewing our lease and I cannot say enough great things about the experience! They were punctual, professional, and very kind people. Not to mention, they did a great job with the cleaning! I would recommend to anyone that needs a carpet cleaning!

We have Really Clean Floors clean our high-traffic areas in our 25,000 sq ft office building twice a year. They are always professional and the carpets look fantastic when they are done. I have also hired them personally, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was great. The second time the owner of the company did the whole 2nd floor, He was fast. He put some tape under every piece of furniture, so that the carpet wouldn't stain. Very well done.

Really Clean Floors cleaned three highly trafficked carpeted stairways, a hallway, and the kitchen tile floor. They were quick about the work. The carpet and the tile (including the stained grouting between the tiles) looked great afterward. I was also impressed with how quickly the carpet was fully dry - in only a few hours. I've used them twice and am about to call them again.

Best carpet cleaner we have had in 25 years of moving. Came on time, quality of work was first rate, professionalism the best. Bad stain spot was removed. Carpet looked new again. Also did the garage floor which was a mess, again looked new again. Would definitely use again and would recommend it to any and all.

Sean actually arrived about 10 minutes early which was great! What a great guy!! He is very personable and easy to talk to!! Sean explained everything thoroughly. He measured all of the floors that were to be cleaned. We then sat down and he gave me the price. I expected it to be way more than what he quoted. When I agreed to the price he asked if I wanted it down now or did I want to schedule! I was flabbergasted!! I said let's do it now!! I had no other plans today and now, 2 hours later my floors look brand new!! There is absolutely no hard sell from this company. The job Sean did was fantastic!! I will definitely tell my friends to hire REALLY CLEAN FLOORS if they want the job done right. I will most definitely be using them again!

I called provider with a problem of not only dirty carpets, but my home carpet cleaner quit after I had applied the water to part of the carpet. I needed an ASAP service for my dirty and now wet carpet. The response I got was great. Within a few minutes they were able to tell me a very close approximate of when the technician, Sean, would be at my house. Sean was fantastic, he did a great job, was personable, professional and knowledgeable. My carpeting all looked good as new.

The company was on time. They take a sample of my carpeting to determine the type of cleaning products that would clean my particular type of carpet. The carpet looked great and they were willing to return if there were any problems or concerns. Love their work ethic! I would highly recommend this company.

Great! Erie moved some heavy furniture which we couldn't. Carpets were dry in no time.

We needed some special cleaning technique since the couch cover was cotton and subject to color running and shrinkage. Eric, who did the work, was very knowledgeable and was able to clean the couch nicely. The couch required a pretreatment prior to the actual cleaning operation. The work was done neatly with no mess or anything left after.

My furniture was in storage for 6 years, wrapped in plastic and I smelled a musty odor on one of the arms after it was moved into my condo. In addition, plaster from the storage roof had fallen on to my furniture. I had joined Angie's list and read a review concerning this company so I called. Eric returned my call immediately and spent the time to inform me of exactly how he was going to clean the furniture and my tile floors and he was willing to answer all of my questions. He made me aware that he was willing to return if I was not satisfied in any way. Eric even called me to confirm the appointment. Eric and Sean arrived on time and they went to work immediately wearing covers on their shoes. My daughter arrived that evening and the comment from her summed up their work, "mom, your furniture looks so bright." The musty odor is gone. My tile floors look brand new. I was delighted with their work and their professionalism and I look forward to them cleaning my carpets in the future. If you belief in the "old school" way of \ a work ethic and doing the best job that you can do, then this is the company for you.

Eric came in looked over the areas we wanted cleaned, what he was going to do to help us with the odor and clean with precision care. Eric then gave us a quote on the areas we wanted cleaned very reasonable. then set up the date and time to do services WHEN WAS GOOD FOR MY WIFE AND I this was huge for our decision to use Erics company. Eric and shawn came in to my home with respect, did the carpets answered any questions i had with the cleaning he just took the time to listen to my needs .....excellent srevice thanks Eric and shawn...

The carpet was over 20 years old and had always been vacuumed. We thought the carpet may need replaced, but with a wood burning stove we did not want to put in new carpet. The carpet came out soft and looks almost new. The result was better than we hoped. The furniture is bright and clean looking. At first we thought the price seemed a little more than we expected, but after the service was done we got what we paid for. We are on a well and the only problem was that the process uses a lot of water to clean and it took a little while for the well to recover.
