Randazzo's Auto Service

My college age son is 250 miles from home on a summer internship at the Erie International Airport when the brakes in his 1993 Camry suddenly failed. He is not mechanically inclined and I made the arrangements for him to limp the car to Randazzo's using the emergency brake. The folks at Randazzo's were able to examine and repair the car within a day. Vito and Carlo were more than happy to discuss and work through the repair with me over the phone and were understanding and accommodating. This was a situation where any repair shop could have taken advantage of my son or the difficult situation he was in. Randazzo's deserves accolades for quickly performing the neccessary work, at a fair price, and with compassion for the customer. If I lived in Erie, this would be my go to shop.

First they charged $120.00. But I told them that I thought they would be cheaper than the dealer. They brought it down to $101.00 when it was all said and done.

I'm happy whenever something is fixed correctly the first time. So despite the delay, I'm satisfied.

they did a good job fixing an exhaust leak. they saw us right away when problems ensued.

My vehice was disabled, and I called to see if I could have it towed and repaired at Randazzos. I was told that the repairs would most likely be done that day, but may have to wait until the next day. However, I had to call multiple times, and was told that my car was "up next" on several occasions, only to find out that it was not being repaired. Unfortunately, I was without a car for an entire week, even though the repairs only took a few hours to complete. The car runs well, and the repairs were done well, but I was not kept informed on the actual timeline and the time for service took forever.

They charged me about $620 for the last service. Their pricing is reasonable. They are absolutely honest and competent. If they say that I need something, I know that I need it and if they fix it, I know it's fixed right. You can really trust them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They are very good. I've been taking my cars there for 30 years. They are prompt and tells me what is wrong. He tells me what I need and he is honest and fair.

Dropped it off in morning, work done by late afternoon. Runs like a charm. Randazzo's have been doing my car work for about 30 years. They take care of all three of our cars, as well as my daughter's family. I have never had a complaint and have always received top notch service. Honest, competent, efficient workmanship. Run by the owner who is there every day, as was his father before him. Highly recommended.
