Mike Morewood came out and gave me an estimate. I also got another estimate from another contractor. The prices were similar. Decided to go with Morewood. The waterlines, gas lines, and new intake and exhaust venting for the the tank had to be re-routed, so the price was a little more than a standard installation Dave came out and did the installation. He explained every step to me and did a very professional job. Put down floor coverings from the front door to the closet and did a nice job of keeping things clean. I would definitely use Morewood Plumbing on future projects.

Problem was misdiagnosed twice.  Parts were purchased, installed, but didn't fix problem.  Finally problem was correctly dx, but no one had exact part needed in stock, so it had to be ordered.  Once it came in and was installed, it worked.  We were without hot water or heat for about a week.
The bill came as one total charge.  I requested a detailed bill, and although promised, it never arrived.  I'm still believing we were charged for the parts that we're needed as well as all of that time and effort.
However, in the end, they did get our boiler working, and for that we are grateful.

The service was great! The scheduling was prompt, the technician arrived and did everything needed to get the job done in a quick and timely manner. I would definitely call them again.

Provider overcharged me for replacing a sump pump and did not to my inquiries for an explanation of the chargee and reimbursement of the charges.

He went out of his way to find fixtures that would fit my tub and sink , ( the fixtures that I had they did not make any more )
